There are several reasons why you may not be experiencing sound:

  • Ensure that the correct audio outputs are plugged into the back of your FyreTV Boxxx and television set, please refer to the diagram below.
  • Adjust the volume setting on your TV and the amplifier of your external sound system if one is present.
  • The FyreTV Boxxx has a separate control volume from your television and needs to be adjusted to an appropriate level with the FyreTV remote before sound can be heard.
