There are several reasons why you may not be experiencing sound:
Ensure that the correct audio outputs are plugged into the back of your FyreTV Boxxx and television set, please refer to the diagram below.
Adjust the volume setting on your TV and the amplifier of your external sound system if one is present.
The FyreTV Boxxx has a separate control volume from your television and needs to be adjusted to an appropriate level with the FyreTV remote before sound can be heard.
