To cancel your service simply call our  Billing Department from 10am - 6pm EST. and speak to representative to discontinue your service.

Once your service is canceled, you will receive an email with your RMA number and instructions on how to return your equipment along with an equipment check list. The process is simple, quick and can be initiated at any time. As always we value your patronage and would like to know if there is anything we can do to change your mind...and we mean anything.
