Should the Fyre Boxxx malfunction, it will be replaced free-of-charge unless the malfunction was the result of user created physical damage.

The steps to replacing a malfunctioning box are as follows:

1) Visit the FyreTV Forum to see if it is an issue that has been addressed under one of the associated sections.

2) Contact customer support via one of the three below methods
    - Live chat from our homepage www.fyretv.com
    - Email at support@fyretv.com
    - Telephone  1-888-397-3880

3) If the issue can not be resolved via the technical support options, technical support will create a RMA (Returned Merchandise Application) to resolve your issue as promptly as possible.
