In many instances a powerline adapter can be used to deliver internet to your FyreTV Boxxx when it is too far or difficult to run an Ethernet Cable from your modem / router to the FyreTV Boxxx.
The powerline adapters utilize your home’s standard 110V electrical wiring to deliver internet to different parts of your house. Reference the diagram for a visual of how the powerline adapters should be configured.
Plug one of the powerline adapters into a standard 110V electrical socket in the room containing your broadbandmodem or router. Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the powerline adapter plugged into the wall socket and the other end of the Ethernet cable into your broadband modem or router.
In the room with your television and the FyreTV Boxxx, plug the other powerline adapter into an electrical socket. Plug the Ethernet cable into the powerline adapter and the other end of the Ethernet cable into the FyreTV Boxxx.
Note: If you are a part of the Master-BETA test program, all BETA boxxxes will require a hard line ethernet connection. If you would like to use a WIFI network please check on our Forum http://forum.fyretv.com for a list of preferred WIFI hubs.
*Note: The powerline adapters must be plugged into wall sockets on the same breaker within your home.
The powerline adapters are a zero configuration option, meaning that they will either work in your home or they will not, there are no configuration changes that can be made to make them function properly.
The powerline adapters can not be plugged into a power strip to work properly.

This type of connection is typically more costly than using a wireless bridge adapter. Turns wifi into a ethernet connection. That is assuming there is a wifi router available.
