You must contact technical support and troubleshoot your issue before being issued a RMA number to exchange your faulty equipment. Once it has been determined that your equipment is faulty, your technical support representative will send you new equipment. Once you receive your new equipment, replace the old equipment in the new equipment's packaging and send it back to us with the prepaid receipt.
Note: Be sure to return only the faulty equipment keep all of your other FyreTV components, you will only be sent replacement equipment for your malfunctioning equipment.
1.Place the faulty equipment into the packaging of your new equipment
2.Handwrite the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping (Customer service representative will provide you with this number)
3.Ship the FyreTV equipment back to FyreTV, you have 30 days to return the equipment before being charged
4. Once we receive your equipment we will troubleshoot the issue and let you know as to the reason of the malfunction if one can be determined.
