FyreTV is a monthly subscription based service beginning at $9.99 per month with no contracts or equipment costs. The automatically renewing base service of $9.99 per month includes all of the needed equipment, 100 minutes worth of viewing time and all unviewed minutes roll over to the next month.

All new customers will receive a free 3 day all access trial of the FyreTV service and content. If the customer wishes to discontinue service before the 3 free day trial period is over they will simply have to cancel their account and return the equipment. Should the customer wish to continue their FyreTV service, their trial account will be converted into a base package of $9.99 per month.

There are 3 ways to purchase additional content with the FyreTV Service. All additionally purchased content must be pre- paid before viewing in order to prevent exorbitant end of the month charges.

- PPM (pay per minute), minutes (never expire as long as $9.99 base package is maintained) will be deducted from the user’s prepaid account based on what the user watches and will grant access to all content on the system. All rewinding and fast-forwarding will be charged in real time but the user will not pay for browsing the User Interface or for the pausing of the movie. The PPM payment method is best for those who will sporadically use the service and will want to be able to access all of the content on the system.

The below costs are meant to act as a guide for customer inquiries and are subject to minor changes. The cost per minute will be determined by the number of minutes purchased in each block.

$50 = 500 minutes = $.10 / minute

 - Movie Purchase, FyreTV Customers will be able to purchase movies on the system with a single click on the remote. A movie purchase will grant the customer unlimited access to that specific title within the FyreTV system, please note that all movie purchases will remain in the system with no hard copy of the title being sent to the customer’s home.

Movie prices will vary based on the release date as well as the content house releasing the title.

Movies will range from $1.99 - $19.99

(FyreTV will be able to pre-release content before it is available to the public)

 - Unlimited Packages, will give the customer unlimited access to specific production studio’s content and will not deduct from the customer’s minutes. Once an unlimited package has been purchased the customer will have unlimited access to that content for a period of one month. Packages will contain between 300 – 2000 movie titles and will be priced from $5.99 to $24.99 per month, depending on the content house and the number of movies.

The above pricing is only to act as a guide for the cost of the FyreTV service and does not constitute the final pricing plans. We would love to hear your input on our pricing structure, please let us know.

I think there should be a unlimited everything package for like $50 a month.

You need a better selection, also you do not indicate how much time the minimum selections costs. For now I will stay with Go Flix, but I am very interested in seeing this evolve. Let me know when you license some Jenna Jameson, or get the Porn War Series, etc. I put in a half dozen movies that we were interested in viewing and not a single title came up on the demo search. Hopefully your library will expand and we can be a customer soon.
